Kong Mesh Policies Hub

Policies are a key component of Kong Mesh. They allow you to modify, observe and control network traffic between services. Before diving into each Policy, take a look at how Policies work and how they are defined.

External Service

The ExternalService policy allows services running inside the mesh to consume services that are not part of the mesh.

Mesh Rate Limit

Enable per-instance service request limiting. Supports rate limiting of HTTP/HTTP2 requests and TCP connections.
